Zero shadow event

A "zero shadow" event, where objects standing upright will not cast a shadow, took place at 1.11pm on March 23 in Singapore.

On this day, the Sun will be directly overhead at 12:17 pm, resulting in objects casting no shadows for brief period of time. This happens for places between the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn.

What are the two months you can witness this phenomena in a year?

How would that affects temperature in the two months?

Here's the phenomenon in action. https://str.sg/yGAK
